Orders & Purchasing
Select your preferred product, choose any available options, and complete checkout through Shopify’s secure payment gateway. An order confirmation email is typically sent after purchase.
Requests to change or cancel an order may be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Approval depends on the product’s fulfillment status and may not be possible once processing has started. Please contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
Financing may be available through Shopify’s integrated payment partners (such as Shop Pay Installments), subject to approval and provider terms.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines vary by product, manufacturer, carrier, and destination. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout or shared after purchase are estimates only and may change. Some high-ticket or specialty items may involve extended processing and transit times.
Free shipping may be available on select U.S. orders. Shipping rates, methods, and any exclusions are shown at checkout.
BodyChamps does not currently offer in-home placement, assembly, or white-glove delivery services unless explicitly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
BodyChamps currently ships within the continental United States (lower 48 states) only. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility is determined by the manufacturer’s policy for each product. Some items may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees. Applicable return terms are provided on the product page and/or included with order documentation when available.
Exchanges are not offered directly. If a return is approved under the manufacturer’s policy, a replacement may be purchased as a new order.
Submit a return request to support with your order number. Return requests are reviewed based on the manufacturer’s policy and product eligibility, and instructions are provided only if a return is approved.
Warranty Support
Many products include a manufacturer-provided warranty. Coverage length, terms, and exclusions vary by brand and product.
Warranty service is handled by the manufacturer. BodyChamps may share the appropriate warranty contact information when available.
Warranty coverage typically applies to defects in materials or manufacturing, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. It generally does not cover misuse, cosmetic wear, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or non-standard operating conditions.
