BodyChamps is committed to a secure, consistent checkout experience. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which provides encrypted, PCI-compliant transaction handling.

Accepted Payment Methods (via Shopify Payments)

Available payment options may vary by device, browser, and customer eligibility, but commonly include:

  • Shop Pay (express checkout)

  • Shop Pay Installments (subject to eligibility and availability)

BodyChamps does not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payment details are processed through Shopify Payments and its authorized payment partners.

Checkout Security

Shopify Payments uses industry-standard security controls, including encryption and PCI-compliant processing, to help protect payment information during checkout.

Billing Authorization & Order Review

  • Charges are typically authorized and processed at the time an order is placed.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing details that match your payment method issuer’s records.

  • Orders may be held, canceled, or refunded if payment authorization fails or if the transaction is flagged for verification or fraud prevention purposes.

Shop Pay Installments

For eligible customers, Shop Pay Installments may be available as a payment option at checkout. Eligibility and approval decisions are handled by Affirm through Shopify, and BodyChamps does not control approval outcomes, terms, or credit decisions.
