Warranty Policy

BodyChamps Systems Warranty Framework

BodyChamps offers a focused selection of recovery and performance systems chosen for build quality, reliability, and long-term usability.

Warranty coverage for all systems is provided by the original manufacturer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

BodyChamps does not manufacture, modify, repair, or service equipment directly. Warranty obligations remain solely with the manufacturer.

This page explains how warranty coverage is generally structured and how warranty matters are handled.

Warranty Responsibility

All warranty terms, approvals, and service outcomes are determined by the manufacturer.

BodyChamps’ role is limited to:

• providing order documentation
• facilitating communication when appropriate
• directing customers to the proper support channel

BodyChamps does not independently guarantee repair, replacement, parts availability, or service outcomes.

Types of Warranty Coverage

Manufacturers typically structure warranties in one or more of the following ways.

Exact coverage varies by product and is defined by the manufacturer.

Full Unit Replacement

May apply when:

• the system arrives nonfunctional
• a major defect cannot reasonably be repaired
• failure occurs within an initial coverage window

The manufacturer may elect to replace the complete unit rather than repair individual components.

Replacement decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.

Parts Coverage

May apply when:

• a specific component fails
• the issue can be corrected without replacing the full system

In these cases, the manufacturer may provide:

• replacement parts
• authorized repair
• or service instructions

Parts-only coverage does not constitute full system replacement.

Limited / Component Coverage

Some systems include different coverage periods for different components, such as:

• structural or frame elements
• electrical systems
• pumps, compressors, or mechanical parts
• accessories or wearable items

Certain components may have shorter coverage terms or may be excluded entirely.

What Is Typically Covered

Coverage generally applies to:

• manufacturing defects
• material or workmanship defects
• functional failures under normal, intended use

Issues must occur within the stated warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to:

• cosmetic wear
• normal aging or consumable parts
• improper installation or setup
• misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
• commercial use when designated residential
• environmental or electrical damage
• accidental damage
• issues resulting from improper maintenance
• service performed by unauthorized parties

Use outside intended operating conditions may void coverage.

Warranty Period

Coverage duration varies by manufacturer and system.

Specific warranty terms and timeframes may be referenced on individual product pages or provided by the manufacturer upon request.

How Warranty Matters Are Handled

If a warranty concern arises:

  1. Contact support@bodychamps.com with your order number and issue details

  2. BodyChamps will direct you to the appropriate manufacturer or authorized service channel

Final determinations regarding eligibility, repair, replacement, or parts are made exclusively by the manufacturer.

BodyChamps does not independently authorize or perform warranty service.

No Additional Warranties

Except for any manufacturer warranty that may apply, all systems are provided without additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
