1. Order Finality & Purchase Commitment

BodyChamps distributes specialized performance and recovery systems intended for serious individual owners, training facilities, and professional environments.

Due to the technical nature, freight classification, and manufacturer-specific handling requirements of many featured systems, all purchases are considered final once processing begins.

Orders represent a confirmed commitment to procure equipment directly from certified suppliers and production partners.


2. Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation only prior to:

  • Supplier submission

  • Production scheduling

  • Freight coordination

  • Custom configuration initiation

Once an order has entered supplier processing, it cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved before processing, any non-recoverable transaction or administrative fees may be deducted.


3. Returns

BodyChamps does not operate as a traditional retail storefront.

Most featured systems:

  • Are built-to-order

  • Ship via freight carrier

  • Require manufacturer authorization for any return consideration

As a result, returns are not automatically accepted.

Return requests, when applicable, must:

  • Be formally submitted in writing

  • Include order details and reason for request

  • Receive written authorization from both BodyChamps and the manufacturer

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a return is approved:

  • The system must remain unused and in original packaging

  • Freight, restocking, and inspection fees may apply

  • Any return eligibility is governed by the manufacturer’s policies

BodyChamps does not guarantee refund timelines or automatic reimbursement structures.


4. Shipping Damage & Delivery Inspection

All freight deliveries must be inspected at the time of arrival.

If visible damage is present:

  • Note damage clearly on the delivery receipt

  • Take photographs immediately

  • Notify BodyChamps within 24 hours

Failure to document shipping damage upon delivery may limit claims eligibility with the carrier.


5. Warranty & Manufacturer Coverage

Featured systems are backed by their respective manufacturers.

Warranty coverage:

  • Is administered according to the manufacturer’s published terms

  • May vary by system category

  • Does not constitute a return authorization

BodyChamps facilitates communication but does not independently alter or extend manufacturer warranty structures.


6. Exchange Considerations

Exchanges are not automatically available.

In rare cases where a system qualifies for manufacturer-approved exchange:

  • Freight coordination must be authorized in writing

  • Equipment must meet inspection requirements

  • Associated logistics costs may apply


7. Institutional Purchase Advisory

BodyChamps encourages all customers to:

  • Review product specifications carefully

  • Confirm spatial requirements

  • Confirm electrical or operational compatibility

  • Ask pre-purchase questions prior to checkout
