Service Area: BodyChamps ships only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

BodyChamps coordinates shipping through vetted fulfillment and logistics partners. Because our catalog includes both standard parcel items and large-format, made-to-order recovery systems, timelines and delivery methods vary by product.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing time depends on the product type, inventory status, and the fulfillment partner’s handling requirements.

  • Some products ship from stock, while others require production time, preparation, or freight scheduling.

  • Once an order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information or, for freight shipments, delivery coordination details.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier capacity, routing, weather, seasonal volume, and scheduling constraints.

Standard Parcel Shipments

  • Many smaller items ship via standard carriers and may arrive within typical carrier transit windows after dispatch.

Oversized / Premium Equipment (Freight or Scheduled Delivery)

Items such as hyperbaric chambers, saunas, and cold therapy systems often ship via freight or scheduled delivery due to size, handling requirements, and routing logistics. These orders may require:

  • Production or build time (for made-to-order systems)

  • Freight booking and carrier assignment

  • Delivery appointment scheduling

  • Specialized handling and delivery routing

For these products, delivery can extend beyond standard parcel timelines and may take several weeks, depending on the item and carrier schedule.

Carriers & Logistics Partners

We work with established carriers and logistics providers, which may include:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Freight and scheduled delivery partners (for oversized equipment)

Carrier selection is determined by product category, destination, and handling requirements.

White-Glove Delivery & Installation

BodyChamps does not offer white-glove delivery or installation services at this time.

Some freight carriers may provide appointment-based delivery and enhanced handling as part of their standard freight process. Any carrier-provided services vary by region and carrier policy, and are not guaranteed.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Tracking is provided once the order ships.

  • Freight shipments may use carrier-specific tracking systems and often require appointment coordination.

  • Updates are provided as milestones are confirmed by the carrier and fulfillment partner.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout. BodyChamps is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/video of packaging and product condition

  • We will review the claim and coordinate next steps with the carrier and fulfillment partner in accordance with their procedures.
