• Order number
• Product name
• Brief description of the issue
• Photos or videos (if applicable)

• We review your claim
• Verify warranty eligibility
• Coordinate with the manufacturer if needed
• Contact you with next steps
• Most claims are reviewed within 3–7 business days.

Warranty decisions, repairs, or replacements are handled by the manufacturer.
